Consultation or Continuing Intervention Services:
| Again, services are determined by individual need but may include a family meeting in the home or office, agency site visits on behalf of client/family, coordination with community agencies for referral purposes, providing emotional support or crisis intervention, preparing special reports as requested or other services. Brief consultations are helpful to family members needing assistance determining care options and may often benefit older adults wanting general information to plan for future needs. |
